Welcome to Tey's Training & Therapy. Dante Dorris brings 10+ years of training professional athletes, youth, and the general population — and 7 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in sports massage and bodywork. One practitioner. Full performance and recovery cycle.
“Five surgeries taught me what no textbook can.
The body always tells you the truth.”
Tey has spent 10+ years training professional athletes, youth, individuals recovering from injury, and the general population — and 7 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in sports massage and bodywork. Having personally navigated five surgeries, he understands the physical and mental work of rebuilding. His sessions blend sports performance, joint integrity, soft tissue care, breathing, and intentional movement — so the mind, body, and nervous system can finally do their job: perform, recover, last.
Train, recover, and restore — in the same room, by the same set of eyes on your body.

Fascial restriction can neurologically inhibit muscle activation — athletes plateau not because of programming errors, but because restricted tissue limits force output. Manual therapy addresses what training alone cannot.
- 01
Train
The stimulus. Sport-specific strength, power, and prehab programmed for where your body actually is this week — not a template.
- 02
Treat — same day
The interference comes out while the tissue is still warm. Deep tissue, cupping, Graston, stretching — whatever the session exposed.
- 03
Adapt
Fascial restriction can neurologically inhibit muscle activation. Clear it, and the training you just did is allowed to land.
- 04
Perform
Come back stronger instead of stiffer. Most people choose a trainer or a therapist. Tey's clients don't have to.
