Calabasas clients run a demanding mix — youth and high-school athletes, working executives, and active adults who refuse to slow down. The studio's programming respects all three: progressive 1:1 strength + conditioning, sports bodywork built around training load, and mobility prescriptions that hold up between visits.

Many Calabasas-based parents bring teen athletes in for sport-specific performance training during off-season blocks. The same protocols we run with adult clients work cleanly for adolescents — movement quality first, load second, recovery integrated. We work with the athlete's existing team or coach when there's overlap.

Drive time from Calabasas runs 35–60 minutes depending on the 101. Mid-day windows are noticeably faster than the 8am or 6pm pinch points. Recurring clients fix a time on the calendar to keep the rhythm.

Sports massage and IASTM are the most-booked single services from Calabasas. For clients dealing with chronic shoulder, hip, or low-back issues that haven't resolved with stretching or general PT, a single assessment session is the fastest way to get a clear plan.

01
Do you train youth and high-school athletes?

Yes — with parent consent and any required clearances. Sessions are programmed around the athlete's sport, training calendar, and growth/recovery profile.

02
How do you work alongside an athlete's existing team coach?

We build complementary blocks — strength, conditioning, mobility, and bodywork — that don't conflict with the team's in-season programming. Honest communication is the default.

03
Is the Performance Program available for adolescents?

A modified version, yes. The full 8–12 week Program is designed for adults; younger athletes get an age-appropriate adaptation focused on movement quality and sport-specific durability.
