Performance Training
1:1 strength + conditioning + mobility — programmed, periodized, and integrated with bodywork.
Performance training here is the studio's signature work. 1:1 only, programmed in 4-week blocks, and integrated with the recovery layer so the work gets absorbed instead of accumulating as fatigue.
Most clients run performance training through the 8–12 week Performance Program — application-based, structured, with weekly check-ins and reassessment every 4 weeks. For clients not ready for the Program, single sessions and short packages are available.
Programming respects what's actually in front of us — sport, season, training history, current restrictions, and life schedule. There's no boilerplate. Two clients with the same goal can run very different programs because their starting points are different.
Performance training is most effective when bodywork is integrated into the week. We don't book training and recovery as separate appointments — we structure them as one system because that's how they work best.
The process.
Assess
Movement screen, training history, goals, restrictions — full picture before programming.
Train
Programmed 1:1 sessions: strength, conditioning, mobility — periodized in 4-week blocks.
Recover
Sports massage, IASTM, and cupping built into the training week itself.
Reassess
Re-test every 4 weeks. Plan adjusts to how you're actually responding — not the spreadsheet.
01What's the difference between a session and the Performance Program?
A session is one appointment — training, bodywork, or both. The Program is an 8–12 week block: programmed training 2–3x/week + recovery + check-ins + assessment. The Program is application-based and the right move if you're ready to commit to a real change.
02Is performance training just for athletes?
No. About half of clients are professionals and post-injury clients, not competitive athletes. The standards are the same — the programming is built around what you actually live with.
03Do you offer group training?
No. Every session is 1:1. The depth of programming and bodywork integration is what makes this work; group formats can't replicate it cleanly.
